Can you get the one wire 140 amp with the BACK CLOCKED CORRECTLY? I'd hate to buy one of these new & THEN have to break it loose to clock it!

Do you run the one wire straight to the positive battery post ?

That is correct. The large "charge wire" from the alternator's battery stud goes directly to the battery positive cable or a positive cable junction connection (for example the battery stud on the starter is it's a trunk mount battery).

I have a 1 wire alternator, and it's the worst thing ever. Drops any time I have the radio or lights on, heck even the turn signal causes it to fluctuate and drop power. I wish I could find someone to do a conversion to two or even three wires for me. (I hate electrical)

🤣I hate wiring also BUT you have something else going on, I have converted numerous vehicles with ZERO issues, go back to what they said correct or add grounds
