It’s been a week and 3 days… feels like nothing was done honestly. Removed cervix, uterus and tubes… due to Adenomyosis. I feel great

Mine was yeeted due to fibroids, extremely heavy periods, painful period, and my uterus was BACKWARDS. I was also very s*icidal and depressed. Had my first periods at 9, they became horrible at 10. 20+ years later and FIVE doctors I finally got my hysterectomy. I'm closing in on one year! 😃

Me too! Except I did not have fibroids. Just endometriosis all over the place. I was 11 when my periods started. They were always heavy and they came whenever they wanted. Pain started at 15 when I started BC. I think BC made all worse. But that was the "cure"... Now it's been over 4 years after surgery. And my cycle is pretty accurate 28-35 days. I know because my breasts hurt when it's "that time of the month". They wanted me to continue taking hormones. But I don't need it anymore. I feel awesome!!
