I am concerned that you are going to get injured. I see you jumping on a log with a running chain saw in one hand and an axe in the other. Also, you have a lot to learn about operating a chain saw. Your delimbing should be along the axis of the tree, not perpendicular to it. Hopefully, you will learn before it bites you. I do admire your grit in taking on this challenge.

you sure do mix up crap for concrete . the mob would love it that you cut corners for a few bucks . means it will not last very long , before frost action crunchs it into cocrete gravel , high cement mixs when mixed with much less water .into stiff high strenth concrete . vibraters for the pour is the fast way to pour,and form the free method is a 4 foot 2x4 tamping the concrete mix around the r-bar and the rest of the pillars .form . keep plastic over the poured posts for several weeks a month is even better . but if you cutting corners and did not pour anchor bolts in the post you will be tempted to use 5/16 lag bolt screwed into a 1/4 drilled hole in the still soft concrete pour . real anchor bolts that are drilled into the week old concrete are pricey but just strong enough to actually pass code .
