I’m mixed/white but a light skin with this type of hair. While another lockdown is happening in the uk I’ve I’m considering growing out my hair. I always get a weekly trim and skin fade but frustrates me when people ask where my kids get their lovely curly hair from. Thank you for posting this because as a Black-Filipino person I have hair texture that is very, very similar to yours, if not the same, but I haven’t been able to find any other videos or websites that specifically depict growing out hair of our texture (for “men”). The internet and KZbin is very white-washed. The closest thing I would find are pics or videos of white or light-skin men with very fine / straight hair, or occasionally black men with very kinky textures that do hairstyles specifically for that type of hair.
