One Year of HWPO Training: Reminiscing with Mat, Sammy and O'Keefe

In April 2023, HWPO opened their first HQ building - a culmination of years of HARD WORK. And, the HWPO Training app has officially been out in the world, serving HARD WORKERS for just over a year now.
During the grand opening, Mat Fraser, Sammy Moniz and Matt O'Keefe caught up on some fun memories leading up to this point - including Mat's first basement gym, HWPO athlete's first look at the new space, partners who helped make this milestone possible, and so much more.
