To Hiller's credit, he begs CrossFit to put out beneficial and interesting content. The defunct media team could have helped, but there does not seem to be an actual growth strategy for them to support. Even if there were a media team. There is a Games competition strategy, led by actual experts. But that is the "product" that should be an actual vehicle to support, alongside the training methodology.

It only makes sense that top CrossFit athletes are getting better at CrossFit. Look at the evolution of NFL offensive linemen from the days of just being big and fat.

Chris Hinshaw is confusing "having a voice" with "having a say", i.e., having real power. Both he and Singleton obviously have a voice in CF. The fact that CF HQ won't do what you want, doesn't mean you don't have a voice. At least be honest, Chris. You want coaches to have real power inside of CF HQ. I suspect you won't put it so plainly, because you know that when it's put like that, there'll be sharp and wide opposition. The coaches of the test takers should have no influence over the test makers.

Crossfit could have done Hyrox-like events and make millions whilst driving more people to affiliates. But because of the purists of unknown and unknowable, they missed a massive opportunity.

Hinshaw still doesn’t understand that CFHQ doesn’t care about the games and/or games athletes
