There are some really good saves among these. I think I would have made confetti out of nearly every one of those. I loved the use of reverse thrust on a second airplane to recover the first one that went snorkeling.

That's become standard for us now. A model with reverse thrust always comes out when we're flying anything on water, if nothing but to act as a rescue vehicle.

That was a beautiful inverted high-alpha maneuver until it wasn't. Luckily it didn't hit that SAB goblin heli sitting there or the crowd for that matter. Thanks to horizon hobby I finally started flying 5 years ago, growing up in the 80s and poor to boot it was a dream now I fly planes and collective pitch helicopters, let me rephrase that,I fly planes and pile in the helis under power usually. However with my DX-8 and any of my 20 Eflite, Dynam, or FMS planes I have a blast whether I come back with all planes intact or not, I wish there were more fields with runways where I live but I'm happy to fly either way.

I landed my FMS Yak-130 seven times on all three gear with no issues. Then I tried a flair with flaps. It rose up, stalled and spun around, knocking off the nose, wingtip and tail.
