I like to use Simply Green or Dawn because it is a lot easier to dispose of compared to heavy chemical cleaners like thise.

I've used industrial electrical marine grade heat shrink on the feet. Seems to hold up very well

It would have been way easier to clean my h22 heads in a tank. Lol. I blasted mine, then hit them with some abrasive pads, and then had to paint them to get rid of the color differences from blasting. I mean they came out perfect but it took me way longer than just throwing them in a tank for a few hours.

I clean it completely after every use and dont let it sit full of dirty water. I just used it last week to do all of my sockets and wrenches the stainless steel cleans pretty easy when using solution made for a ultrasonic tank
