For those of you genuinely interested in trying this north shore delicacy, a roast beef three way is cheese, mayo and barbecue sauce (it really just works, don’t question it). Junior, big and super are just the size of the sandwich bun. Having moved from MA years ago, I make it a point to always get one of these every time I come back because it is just that good.

The best Roast Beef was at The Ale House, Allentown, PA -- 1970s. Whole 20 pound Top Rounds carved hot to order. Out of business because they expanded and put in a Disco Floor. Lost the college crowd, and Disco died. I mimic the AH using a smaller Eye Roast. Friends say John's in Philly are good AF.
