I watch a lot of KZbin videos but I generally only subscribe around every 6 months. What you're doing is saving the world. I'll be listening. Thank you.

Your wisdom to act, think, and choose from your big picture is so illuminating. This makes and would have made all the difference for how I showed up in my relationship. I just can’t understand (here comes the tears) why I found you *after I sabotaged my relationship. 😢 But I am glad I’ve found you.❤

Your short insightful and down to earth encouraging videos are worth so much more than alot of the complaining "drama" that goes around. It really comes down to how we manage ourselves and our needs so we may sincerely connect with others and their needs. Intentions are key.

Can you elaborate on how to disagree in an attachment-friendly way?
@DrMaikaSteinborn4 ай бұрын
Disagreeing in an attachment-friendly way means to make sure it remains clear that the disagreement lies solely on the level of the issue that's causing the disagreement and not on the level of the relationship bond /attachment. It means making sure no one thinks they're being rejected as a whole person or that they're not loved. I'll be talking about creating an attachment-friendly atmosphere in a relationship soon (next couple of weeks). Here are two videos that explain attachment-friendly conflict resolution: How To Settle Disagreement Gently Instead Of Shouting Matches Or Angry Sulking | Conflict Resolution kzbin.info/www/bejne/hn2wZaiOhN-Lfbc 5 Steps To Processing Emotional Injury In Relationships kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZycoH-Mlrt5isU
