Very Cool! Thanks for sharing. I'm along on this journey with you. Just flattened my Spoil board yesterday. and gridded it with 2x2 inch grid. I have 1F Ele 48x48. I like your GOAT setup. spoil board on top of a spoil board. (Training wheels)

Thank you for sharing all your onefinity stuff. I'm dreaming of the day I have your setup. I have the smaller original version, but I want to upgrade to the Elite with the PWNCNC spindle like yours...LOVE your setup!

Such a good intuitive video thank you.....I,m purchasing 2 of these in the new year but for the time being, I have just bought a dirt cheap Chinese 6090 cnc wood router to learn the processes and programming

The hardest part is learning the software you tend to use. Good luck in your journey.

@@Pleasant_Woodworks Actually , I own a few engineering companies here in the UK and have been brought up on CNC with all the relevant cad cam programming over the last 30 plus years ...currently with solid works and fusion and vectric V carve pro for the router....but having something of a life change and moving to Tuscany next year to develop a design shop on my property...actually the hardest thing is finding time lol

Oh wow. Yea time is definitely a factor for me too. Balancing full time career, business, and KZbin is still a struggle for me.

Nice steel table, do you have a video on it as well? You mentioned, it was designed by another maker?

Subscribed! At min 40 of your video, i was using the top coordinates of x,y, z before, so i shluld be using the bottom coordinat3s then? Maybe thats why i am getting alarms when i park the spindle etc..

Does adding the tool setter take away some of the Y axis capacity? Is it now only 45.something inches instead of 48"? If so, is there any way to use the tool setter and not lose capacity of the machine? Maybe the side rails are longer than 48"? Thanks. I Enjoy your videos.
@Pleasant_Woodworks4 ай бұрын
When you purchase their tool setter it ships with two screws to mount it to the table top off of the spoilboard so you don’t lose capacity. I believe most mount it on the front side of the spoilboard.

Appreciated the walk through, keep it up. I was wondering about your issue with the depth of cut. Was it the material thickness measurement or the z setting?
@Pleasant_Woodworks5 ай бұрын
I’m not 100% sure which part you are talking about but I had two hiccups. When drilling the holes for the clamps, I did a 1/4” bit partial cut then drilled through with an 1/8” bit. I broke my 1/8” bit because there was compacted dust in the hole. The other issue is when I was cutting out the clamps, two of them popped up. I used double sided tape but I think since I didn’t press down hard the tape didn’t hold so they popped up after being cut. Thanks for the comment. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good video, thanks... Got my elite being shipped now :) ... Curious, who makes that bracket holding your dust hose to your spindle?
@Pleasant_Woodworks4 ай бұрын
PWNCNC makes the bracket. Thanks for the compliment.

I know this is 2 months old and you have probably figured it out but if your cutting all the way thru you need to use tabs
@Pleasant_Woodworks2 ай бұрын
I do at times. But I have learned that good tape placement usually takes care of it. At least for what I do.
