"But he whose balance (of good deeds) is found to be light, will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. And what will explain to you what this is? A Fire blazing fiercely!" (101:8-11)."In front of such a one is Hell, and he is given, for drink, boiling fetid water" (14:16). "In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round!" (55:44)."Is that the better entertainment or the Tree of Zaqqum? For We have truly made it (as) a trial for the wrong-doers. It is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-Fire. The shoots of its fruit-stalks are like the heads of devils. Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith. Then on top of that they will be given a mixture made of boiling water. Then shall their return be to the (Blazing) Fire" (37:62-68). "Verily, the tree of deadly fruit will be the food of the sinful. Like molten lead will it boil in the belly, like the boiling of burning despair" (44:43-46).

I love listening to these.. about 5 years ago now I had so much Islamic literature books and do and dvds loads .. I went to prison for a while and all my belongings wer robbed from my house , this saddened me greatly.. I left Islam for 2 years I went a stray my faith with Allah swt always stayed strong but I strayed from the deen I have my reasons.. but lately I found myself listening to these ßtories and lectures again and subhanallah, , I feel I want to come to come back to Allah, will I be forgiven for being 2 years absent? as salamu alaykum my brother, i had a similiar situation in regards of my deen, very dark years i had like very dark, far far away from allah i dont know how you feel right now, i hope you are doing okay brother, but those years made me really depressed, so much that even suicide came into my mind and i would lie if i said i did not try it i asked allah for forgiveness, and made dua to help me become a better muslim i dont want to die like this and after a while alhamdulillah my heart felt like connected to allah again and i still was struggling doing my 5 prayers on a regular basis, some i did, some i didnt it is hard brother, every time you pray dont forget to thank allah that he allowed you to do so, i swear brother it doesnt matter what you own if you dont have allah you will be empty inside make dua that allah not only forgives u but also helps you being a better muslim, strenghtens your iman and love to allah and his rasul dont be too harsh on yourself brother okay, you made mistakes, we all make mistakes but when you turn back to allah he will welcome you and forgive every sin inshaAllah try to take time to learn something about islam or just to remember allah and praise him and im sure he will make it easy for you may allah forgive you and help you out of this state, ofc i hope you are already in a way better situation i love you brother, take care of yourself pls

Abu Umaamah (RA) narrated that: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Whoever reads “Ayatul-Kursi” [Qur’an 2:255], after every obligatory prayer, nothing prevents him from entering Paradise except death (i.e. that he is still alive).” (An-Nasaa’ee, Ibn Hibbaan - Sahih) اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاو ;َاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ Allah! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge-except what He wills ˹to reveal˺. His Seat1 encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.
