I'd be surprised if no one made a cenobite conversion out of these guys. They're doing a great job in making each gang unique by going one step further from the old models in the aesthetic details that make them different from each other, and these guys are just another good example.

QUESTION 2 : Hi, any idea what will happened if a stray bolt shell flying though the battlefield would hit one of those awesome looking energy handling tubes of Necron Gauss weapons? Possible explanation would be: a) The tube cracks/explodes and all hell and suffering is unleashed from that gauss weapon; b) Necron were no fools, during the designing of their gauss weaponary they shielded the tube heavily and explosion of that stray bolt didn't do any harm. c) The weapon is mildly damaged, but overall is still funtional, yet overtime somewhat it looses efficiency with the particle ripping?
