I bought my Bonafide SS107 from Joe at his American Outdoor shop in Tacoma Wash. Joe handled the installation of a Minn Kota on my Bonifide. He used the One Objective Mount and the One Objective on off Speed Remote controller. Looks Great! Thanks One Objective, Bonifide, and American Outdoor!!

I just purchased this mount. It’s pricey but its well thought out, well made, low profile and its American Made. Looking forward to using it.

Can anyone out there speak to how easy or difficult it is to reach the handle of a transom mounted motor while sitting in the kayak and using this mount? Thanks, Alex

Anybody use this setup? Seems like a bar directly behind you wouldn't be comfortable to use

Won’t the handle be in the way of your poles ? Seems like too much hassle might as well keep trolling motor in the Jon boat

You can use foot steering

There are ways to make things work with a rope system.

Hey there im sold, but im not sure I understand the battery situation. I read all the comments. However, what size battery is going to fit in that little hole? Also what is the best trolling motor for this application? Thanks
@OneObjective4 жыл бұрын
We put the battery behind the seat. We run 50amp bioenno lithium

@@OneObjective Can I ask how much run time you get out of the 50? I'll likely have a 35 lb motor.
@ajaronis14 жыл бұрын
That's an insane price for that.

Will this mount hold a 2.5 Suzuki outboard motor
@danv46554 жыл бұрын
I like it and I want it, I just don't feel a mount should be worth more than the motor. Its $93 for a motor that has moving parts and $140 for the mount. Get it to under a $100 and I'm sold. For over a hundred I'll have to build something myself. Otherwise great job

Dan Vittum I agree

Trolling motors are mass produced. So the parts they order to build are at way lower price. Each mount is hand built so it takes more time and with us being a smaller company we can’t order a volume of parts to drive parts in lower price. So there’s a big difference. Design something and figure in your time and cost. Then look what you have in it. Some people like to build there’s and that’s great. But some want something they can buy, put on, and go fishing.

I totally agree with One Objective....what makes America Great is that we have a lot of entrepreneurs and that creates sooo many more product options or accessories in this case for the consumer. And, thats a total win for us but a risk to the inventor as they invest a ton of time & $ into an idea that may end up failing. Plus, its very expensive to produce, launch, & maintain. So, in summary, it may be too expensive for you but its TOTALLY worth it to me!! God Bless America!!!
