So that means the workers did not accept the termination agreement and pay? For me, the workers are still at the losing end because the hotel has never declared that they will re open or have some sort of renovation again or that could also be hold for an indefinite period. Pag mauubusan talaga yung mga workers ng funds I'm sure they will have no choice to but to sign that termination agreement.

Get the separation pay + dahil kung regular employee naman, may makukuha ka pang 1 month pay per year of service. Then get another job. Wag umasa sa employer. Hindi ka makakamove on and mag end up na talo ka.
