Seems like we have one plus fan boys in the comments so let me make things very clear its one plus that made the false promise that too while launching the pair of flagship’s that is 12 with e sim support and 12r 256 gb with ufs 4.0 since customers purchased their devices trusting them it’s the company’s responsibility if they hadn’t made false statements customers would have decided whether to buy the phones or not. Now majority people purchased this device as their primary device so if they return the device they don’t have any phone left in meantime what are they supposed to do that’s why many people chose not to return the device therefore one plus needs to compensate their customers for the inconvenience you can’t wash your hands off like that by just offering refunds by returning the devices.

Ye phone mai 2 week se use kar raha hu, aisa lagta hai isme snapdragon 6 daal k diya hai. Bht slow hai apps open karne me. Wynk aur ji saavn music app open karne me literally rulaa deta hai ye. Multitasking me lag karta hai. Kisi v hisaab se snapdragon 8 wali feel nahi aati, Front camera to itna wahiyaat hai ki 20000 k phone jaisi image quality hai. Low light image bhi kafi bekar hai. Premium kisi v hisab se nahi hai.
