Mid-range phones have got insane these days. I got my grandma a Moto edge 40 for 300€, basically $300, and she's been quite happy with it. It has everything other than a flagship chip and camera: screen is great, wireless charging, IP68, 68W wired charger in the box, good speakers, good cameras and performance... You can't go wrong with it. Before this she would usually cheap out on phones, so getting her one with a good mix of specs made her really happy. MSRP was normally 600 bucks, but it got halved in not even half a year on the market.

You brought up a good point about availability Flossy. This is what a lot of people seem to overlook when it comes to smartphone brands. If I remember correctly, the U.S. is the third largest smartphone market in the world. No matter how good midrange phones from Xiaomi, Realme, Poco, and others are, it is not going to do any good if they are not available in the U.S. I wish we have more competition here, but I am glad that OnePlus is back on track.

IOS is smoother than Android is no longer a debate cuz Oneplus flagship phones are consistently 100% smooth all the time .. IOS can have occasional stutters and frame drops and freezes but this Oxygen OS of Oneplus is just next level. IDK how Oneplus did it.

Im using this phone now. Great mid range phone. Speedy processing, fast charging, long lasting battery. What isnt my favorite is the lack of case selection, screen protectors selection, and curved screen but im nitpicking. I got the blue which is 16 gb ram but overall great phone and great review, Floss

Here in India, OnePlus is the real deal 🔥 I switched teams from Vivo to OnePlus in Dec, 2023 after being on Vivo for more than 4 years I brought the OnePlus Nord 3 and here's what I got in the box: • an 80W fast charger • a nice case • a pre-applied screen protector I have been using it for almost 2 months now and the experience is just amazing Long story short, I'm now a OnePlus fanboy

OnePlus only sells the maxed out 16GB, 256GB variant in Europe. Also the European models already include VAT while the US/Canadian prices don't include tax. After factoring that, the prices are more similar

Must be some BS reason cos if you try moving a Google Widget to the left page on the home screen it says 'Google Widgets cannot be moved to the Quick Glance'.

I'm loving my 12, really underrated phone having come out so close to the S24 Ultra. Currently rocking the 12 and a pixel 8 pro and am very content. I do miss Goodlock but having 2 phones for the price of the Ultra is pretty stellar

Those cheap bastards can call it whatever they want economic stability and environmental protection. They can call it not using loads of plastic in their boxes but here’s what I’m calling it a rich company trying to save a bunch of money by ripping people off. I will never buy another phone without a charger in the box ever again as long as I live that means Apple included, I have the iPhone 13 pro and I have not upgraded my phone in the last two years because they don’t come with the charger. If they want me to upgrade they’re gonna have to put the charger in the box for the next one otherwise I will just keep what I have or I will switch brands entirely and get a OnePlus or a phone that actually comes with the materials I need, fuck these cheap bastards.

Great phone. I picked up this guy. The main lenses are really close on the 12 and 12r. Wireless charging doesn't matter to me when it charges so fast. Yes the display is lower resolution. For what I need it for, it works great for me. Thanks for reviewing this device.

Can we take a moment to really appreciate the content of Mr. Carter's reviews. He doesn't make the entire freaking review about the camera. He doesn't make it about how it compares to apple. He talks about the product he is reviewing. If you look at any other reviewer they will spend the entire length of the video talking about the camera.
