This video is old, but was somehow recommended to me by KZbin, it's scary how much they know the users. Been using OnePlus 7T since launch, so it's going to be 3 full years soon. Still cannot bring myself to buy a new device, becuase when i think about why I need a new device and what will the new device do that this one doesn't, there is no justification at all I can come up with. 🙈 Works just as well as it did day 1. Never needed to go to any service centres for any reason. Only con is that the battery was okay on launch but with battery degradation over 3 years, it's just SLIGHTLY less battery life than ideal, but a battery change is pretty cheap and this battery life thing is after THREE FULL YEARS (including a pandemic where the phone was basically always on the charger lmao)

I think this was the most honest review... everyone else is just attacking op7t about being better than 8....as you said in the video it depends whether you have 7k extra to spend on a new device and i think its worth it because you get 5g, bigger battery...and for people who think there is no room for 5g in india then you are wrong. 5g will officially launch in december 2020 and i think within 3 years it will be all over india like 4g is now. And op devices are long lasting...my sister's op3t still gets updates...so if you buy op8 now i don't think it will be problem in the coming 7 years.

I feel OnePlus 7t is a better buy even now when compared to 8. OnePlus 8 is a let down because OnePlus wanted to build the ultimate flagship and did not want the OnePlus 8 to affect its sales so they downgraded in certain aspects and made 8 pro look far more superior. If u plan to buy 8 buy the 7t and save ur cash else if u have the money go for 8 pro ,8 is a hard sell for me.
