This is why the only phones I'll buy is pixel or iPhone. The camera. It's a no compromise camera on both. I don't care for ultrawide and zoom. I need a perfect main shooter I'll fix the rest in post. I've found many phones have the issue where editing them is just straight up broken. And it shows in the file size...oddly enough the pixel and iPhone images take up at least 50% more space and in raw, 2X. That data is crucial. I wouldn't call the one plus the benchmark of Android smartphones, but more of a benchmark of a spec sheet. If you want all in this is what your excel spread sheet have when you send it off to engineering. Personally, I find the pixel 4 to have a much more natural and better tuned display than the op8p. Also...the damn size. One plus phones are simply giant now. Yes I have had big phones in the past (looking at my old nexus 6) and I loved it but ever since I downsized...I can't go back. 5.8" in a smaller form factor is better for daily use.

Same, huge phones crammed with high spec are not really that much of an achievement really. A big part of the benchmark should be capability of miniaturisation. Think regular pixel, regular iPhone Pro, the s10e...

I got myself the OnePlus 7T last year because of your recommendation and I have no regrets. The only thing that I hate is the screen fingerprint sensor but i'll stick to the 7T because I hate even more rounded screens! Again, awesome cinematics, always a pleasure to watch!

Bro i have decided to buy OnePlus 8 pro after the lockdown gets lifted but again majority of the users outside india who have bought this phone are facing screen burn, green tint and black crush and even it has not launched in India and such problems have started occurring. Such problems are making me think twice before spending 999 dollars on it as the display is the phone's main part. That's why I'm very tensed to buy OnePlus 8 pro. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
