I'm planning to replace oneplus 8 pro screen in a month when new one arrives. I think that it would be easier to remove screen and back panel with heat gun at about 100-120 degrees celsius.

The only reason I would thumbs down is the techno in the background. If you need audio to cover the background noise... just make it a little quieter please. Good video otherwise
