I found the solution. The problem is that the car's front plate covers the car's radar. The solution is to reinstall the car plate and raise it slightly above the radar level

The plastic on the screen really isn’t a big deal. You did an awesome job with the phone repair. Just noticed at around 26:50, there was still a screen protector on, and right after, you mentioned how disappointing it was the lack of it. This might throw your credibility into question a bit. It might help to be a bit more laid-back about things like that, as it’s tough to check the screen quality without removing the plastic first.

the golden plate is for antenna I believe, does it make a difference if the golden plate is came out during the broken back glass removal? is the golden plat just glued or its connected with some component?

guys help, i was getting in my car, magsafe on my phone, so it bounced out my pocket, drove away, went back, turns out i ran it over. it still works perfectly fine, but the whole back is shattered. i don't want my parents to find out because it's really expensive to get it fixed, help me please 😭🙏

So, I bought a kit and followed these instructions (which btw, matched the instructions with the kit, but with more detail). And though we have a nice new battery now... it appears I fried the screen when installing it. The phone turns on, I get vibration and sound, but the screen is black, occasionally flashing glimpses of stuff on the screen. Looking at help forums, people are saying that you need to connect the screen connector BEFORE you connect the battery or you risk frying the display. Not 100% sure you will, but there's a risk. So you may want to re-shoot this in that order, or at least put a warning / note on the screen. I'm going to see if I can revive this, but looks like I either need to also replace the screen or get a new phone now.
