This man is the Bob Ross of food: you watch bob ross and you're like "he's mad, there's no way he can paint a forest with a sponge... holy hell how did he paint that?" With this, your like "3 ingredients, you must be some sort of mad ma.... how did he do that?". Great stuff.

@Justin Williams but it wasn't really expressing concern. It was suggesting that people shouldn't acknowledge or compliment his ability to create delicious food. Depression and loneliness cause a lot of poor eating habits, so I struggle to see how telling people not to post positive comments is constructive, rather than (for example) perhaps requesting recipes for tasty options that are easier on a waistline.

Now there is a man after my own heart justifying eating such a decadent chocolate treat. I see no justification needed but I always find any excuse to justify my eating chocolate and especially with peanut butter. I think I’m already addicted and I haven’t even had this recipe yet! I’m gonna have to try making this soon! Glad you are back posting. Look forward to another video again soon.

I've made this. It is so simple and so scrumptious. My family loves it. For my Mom I leave out the peanut butter and add in chopped pecan pieces. Sometimes she likes it made with white chocolate instead of dark or milk chocolate versions. They are all delicious. My favorite part of every video is the taste test though. The better the dish tastes the better the giggle of satisfaction when he tastes it. So absolutely adorable!💗

I used to make fudge like this quite often. To keep the chocolate from seizing up too quickly, I would rest the bowl with the nuked mixture over a bigger bowl containing boiling hot water. The steam from the bottom bowl kept the chocolate mixture soft enough to pour easily.

I had a great fudge recipe - well probably still have it but haven't made it in years - that I used to make up for my coworkers around Christmas. I would make around 12 pounds of fudge. 3 pounds each of four different flavors. I would wrap them using red and green cling film and tie it with a ribbon. I would also add a tag saying which flavors were in each bundle so my coworkers could choose their favorites. It's the only thing I miss about working for a large company vs. working for myself. :) Thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories by sharing this video. :) - Heidi

We are on the metric system in Canada, but I grew up in the era of Imperial measures so had to do some conversions to make this. I ended up using 3 cups of dark chocolate chips which didn't result in as smooth a mixture as in the video, so maybe too much? [It was most of a bag of Hershey's choc chips that cost almost $12 CDN.] Then I had to convert 300 ml (which was the label on the condensed milk) to grams and then to cups. Turns out the 300 ml can was what was called for. And I sliced my thumb open on the edge of the condensed milk can lid. As this is a gift, I hope it's still tasty. But it would be lovely if measurements were also given in Imperial, dear One Pot Chef. Now having a large glass of wine....

I love fudge and here at the Jersey Shore of the east coast of the US, there are dozens of places that make fudge. It's always so expensive though, so it isn't something I buy too often, maybe one or two pieces over the summer. Since watching your fudge recipe videos, however, I have been enjoying it more often. I am planning on making the cookies and cream recipe and a peppermint version for a holiday party with friends in a few weeks. Cheers!
