Best Ever Chocolate Fudge | One Pot Chef

My Best Ever Chocolate Fudge recipe takes only 5 minutes to make, then just pop it into the fridge to chill! Dark Chocolate Chips are combined with Vanilla, Condensed Milk and Mini Marshmallows. Topped with nuts and cut into squares, this no-fuss comfort food is a guaranteed winner - give this one a try today!
Ingredients:
3 Cups of Dark Chocolate Chips (approx. 520g)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of White Mini Marshmallows
1 Cup of Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Chilling Time: About 2 hours

I’ve been making 2-3 ing fudge (vanilla can count as the third ing) since the ‘90s, but never thought of melting mini marshmallows in it. Brilliant! Two tips: place bowl on a plate in microwave, using the plate to remove the now-scalding hot bowl; if your fudge starts seizing up when stirring, place on a bowl of hot water (kind of like a double boiler, but not boiling).
