ONErpm Rejection Final, this should be the last video needed to solved this ONErpm Rejections problem.
In my last rejection video, • ONERPM - REJECTED TUTO... I outline the 4 main problems to my knowledge that cause issues with ONErpm song/album rejection.
ONErpm will sometimes reject your song/album, most people don't know what to do at this point.
In this video, I show you why ONErpm rejects your music and all the possible reasons it could happen, I will also talk about how to fix it.
After watching this video, you will be more confident in the steps it takes to digitally distribute your music, getting your music on Spotify, iTunes, and Deezer, plus the countless other stores.
Well after much digging I uncovered a 5th reason that many of you did that caused the problem. hope this is your fix!

Hey lilnem45in, so sorry to hear that you are having problems, when any music distributor mentions "Quality" they mean it in reference to an audio comparison stand point. All this simply means is that when any listener on Spotify plays a song from Drake, Madonna, Maroon 5 or any other main stream artist and then lets say your song comes up in an editorial playlist, they want to make sure that there is not going to be a vast difference in the audio quality in terms of levels and other sonics. If this were to happen then the listener may feel that the quality of the platform is dropping, and they may not want to pay for the service any more. So please know that it not because ONErpm or any other music distributor thinks that your music is not "Good Enough" for them, it has nothing to do with your music as good or bad content. And I also want to thank you for reaching out with a great question!

@@lilnem I want you not to think of your song as a great song,a number #1 hit, because I already know you believe in your music. Now I want to listen to listen to the Sonics of your song compared to the music that you love from other artist, if your music does not have the drive and fullness of their music, then you need to re mix and re master. You should not really use any apps to convert what you already have, that would only lower your quality even more. You must go back to the studio that you recorded the music in, make changes to the song there and export a new file.

yes a rejected album means that something needs fixing or correction, but unlike most other music distributers, ONErpm lets you know the reason for the rejection. You can log into your "Support Tab" they should send you an email giving you an update. In case it helps anyone - my album was rejected and the reason was not touched on in the videos here, but was eluded to by Tie Dye in the comments. I had the general "platform quality requirements" shpeal as part of my rejection. No specificity of course, and my attempts to inquire via ticket did not shed light. It turns out that, as Tie Dye suggested, quality might be indicative of basic mastering best practices. I totally forgot to limit/normalize all of my tracks, only to make them appear to be super quiet relative to normally distributed content. Rookie move.

Thanks for shedding light on your situation sorry for not jumping on your question/comment as I had many people getting rejections due to copyright issues and I sort of left that topic alone. SO in your case I would not "Normalize" my tracks, because that would just push the limits and squeeze them into submission. Thats like beating an animal to do tricks. Whereas MASTERING is more of an individual treatment, where you sit, listing and make micro adjustments to your song to push its boundaries to international levels via EQ, Compression and Limiting. But the real trick is to get a great RMS reading while in the mix with controlled PEAKS, so that when you get to the Master stage, you don't have to push that much to get to the levels you need.

Hi bro .. My track was cancelled for facebook and Instagram ( I told you before ) And it's still cancelled so i created a ticket for this and the answer was : Your album was approved to all stores, but Facebook/Instagram and KZbin’s Content ID. Those stores have what is called an audio fingerprinting system. That means they can recognize songs that are similar and claim them as your own. Our approval team analyzed your song and noticed that the beat/instrumental of the track may cause conflicts with copyright between artists. Since your song is heavily "beat-based" to avoid conflict with other artists with similar beats, it wasn't approved for those stores. You can still upload the songs on your personal profile on the platforms that offer this option. .. I'm sure there is 0 issues with the beat I made .. I just dont know what happened I think It's a mistake .. Can you help me to figure out what happened ? and thank you

@@KGPikete Hey I used Distrokid already, they are cool, but I honestly have had a much better experience with ONErpm in the past year, I only moved from them because if you stop paying them, they take down your music. And the Leave A Legacy thing is not what it sounds like, it only really works if you are dead, so once you are alive you must make payments to them.

@@-TerraBS- Ok you are the second person this week with the exact problem, and both of you have the experience, so I will have to guess that ONErpm may be just overwhelmed with the amount of submission they are getting or Apple Music has changed a requirements and have changed the game, I say this because Apple Music is the most strict store and sort of the benchmark for quality, so if any music does not meet their standard, then ONErpm will not distribute because they are one of the biggest stores.

First, it is important to note that ONErpm as a reputable company respects copyright laws enforced to protect artists' rights as songwriters or performers. All works are protected by copyrights and their use depends solely on the consent of their owner. When you receive a copyright license request for a specific track in your album, you must contact the author or publisher that holds the rights to it and request a license for re-recording the track. Only with that license your content can be approved and distributed. When contacting the author or publisher make sure you inform them the name of the track, songwriters, ISRC of your recording, performer name, and producer. If you receive a request for an artist/performer license, you must contact the artist label that is performing in your album. Inform the label that the artist is either the performer or a featured artist in your release. When contacting the artist label make sure you inform them the name of the track, songwriters, ISRC of your recording, and the name of the artist that is performing or featuring in your work. In case the performer or featuring artist in your album is independent, this license must be provided by the artist. It's automatic with ONErpm, they register your songs with Sound Exchange to handle the mechanical royalties in order to make a claim on KZbin on your behalf, but they only handle the "Song Recording" half, so the "Composition" is still left unclaimed by you.

Broo OneRpm is trash.. they not letting me get my streaming royalties. I have almost one year sending email back to OneRpm.. i never had the problem using Distrokid... NEVER Trust free service.

I never got my Streaming royalties from Distrokid either KG Pikete, plus they had many hidden charges. But streaming royalty payments from your music distributer is not the only royalty payment coming to you as an artist, have you registered with the MLC?

Hey Fear 2 Stop, all this means to be completely honest with you, is that the quality of the production is not close enough to other music on Spotify, Apple Music and other stores. It may have nothing to do with the content or theme of your music. This simply means that on a production level your music masters overall volume may be to low for example, so if someone plays a song from a billboard charting artist and then tries to play your song, they may not even hear it unless they turn their volume way up. Believe me, ONErpm wants to make money, and the more songs they can get to distribute, the better it is for them, so don't take this as a personal attack on your art.

I was literally doing this for review purposes . (We already use Distrokid and Soundrop) .

@@Fear2Stop sorry for calling you a newbie buddy, once the music is not presently already in music stores, you should never really get a problem like that. I know if you try uploading a song from a producer that sold the beat to a bunch of artist, they would reject for "Generic Beats" or if is a cover song that sound pretty much like the original that would be a SURE REJECTION. But your case is very very strange, especially if you used the original ISRC and UPC codes from Distrokid.
