Idk why idk how but why the Gta IV the police Chopper pilots are not using headphones but just normal LCPD Cap that you Can Shot with one bullet? and why the cops on the Chopper are with normal uniforms but not with The SWAT Uniform with some Carbine Rifle? You *can* down a helicopter with 1 sniper shot in Vice City if you hit the cockpit (on the left side). Hell, I even showed it in 1 of my videos back in 2009. For some reason, most people don't seem to know that's possible. :/ I'm also quite sure that you actually sniped the pilot in your San Andreas segment, too - you just managed to miss him with all of your previous shots. Again, pilot should be in the left side of the cockpit. The only 3D GTA game in which you can't snipe the pilot is GTA 3.
