Here's the optimal combo I've found with no meter and no kameo (not listed in this video). Back 342, 12, standing 4, Down Back 4. It's 28%. It's not over 30% like some combos but it won't cost you 2 bars, which is steep. EX Down Back 4 into air 122 for 35%.

This was the first string I found, it's great when you got no meter, if you got the meter to burn, it'll close out games.

Funny enough I had it load before the servers went down so I had him downloaded and loaded in training mode and never quit the game application so it just stayed open

Quan Chi is what I wish Shang Tsung was A mix of everything and deadly at any distance Some of his inputs baffle me though Field of bones in particular is annoying to input correctly, specifically the very far version cause you’re not given enough time to do the ⬆️ input before the regular version comes out The low tentacle being 2 bars for a combo extension is something to get used to as well but I can understand why considering it’s a mixup and you don’t want it to be too op

Given his range and he fact he can combo off of stand 4 with that low scoop, it would be too good at 1 bar. You gotta condition your opponent to block standing for a bit before you start using that meter to go for scoop. Given that he’s strongest at full screen and will be doing lots of specials he’ll be getting meter faster than most do.

Quan Chi definitely looks impressive and a badass. Makes me ask a vital question ? Why should guest characters be more important than staple fighters like Sub Zero, Scorpion and Raiden. What if we invert the roles by making the rare fighters playable from day one like Quan Chi, Stryker, Smoke and so on. And make the staple franchise regulars : Sub Zero, Scorpion, Original Raiden ''not Chinese Punk Raiden'' into DLC's This way the always returning originals would be the ones people could not wait playing. And they would have impressive move lists like this bum Quan Chi posses. Think about it for a second. If a company keeps adding much better casts than the original ones, with 100% better moves, better capabilities, more freedom in movement all together, is it she saying ''Forget about them (Sub Zero, Scorpion, Raiden, Smoke....) they are trash now. Play him (Quan Chi) instead bro...''

If you look at the gameplay guide on top. You can see that they care about trying to impress bums like us into purchasing Quan Chi by giving him massif combo possibilities. At the same time, if you look at the very little things Sub Zero can do in comparison to Quan Chi you are implied to believe they don't give a shoot about Sub Zero or Scorpion looking at their best. I mean. Look at this. While the new DLC's are coming out, the other regular fighters are probably getting nerfed.

It’s actually not. It’s MORE complicated to use the console buttons because not everyone plays on the same console. It’d be confusing for those that don’t play on the one I’d use. So the FGC uses “universal langue” for inputs (1,2,3,4) so everyone can understand the inputs. The beginning of the video explains this.
