The Caesar trilogy showed apes with some tech, but Kingdom showed regression in technology. I think when they catch up and do the future ape society in Movie 7, they're going to make it like the book and have it be a more modern society. Perhaps more advanced than us. And I think they're going to keep the memory of Caesar.

The real message of Monkey Planet and Planet of the Apes is a social commentary of modern society, and human life itself. Anyone who has been a teacher has been around students who are unthinking, animalistic, callous, immoral, and ruthless. They are horrible people, lacking value of most education or deeper thought. The book is making a point, along with its echo in the movie, that it is easier to survive by not doing those things, but we can witness this in modern humans in the younger members of humanity. Sure, there are also members of that same population and youth who are not like that, but the Mob is made up of the majority who are.

As a young black kid watching these movies i immediately got a different take whether the author meant it ,i saw the deep fear many whites have even today today that black people will someday rise up and do to them what they did to us . As well i knew what king kong symbolism meant along the racial undertones when it came out as well . Whether he knew it or not the author was speaking of the legacy of sl*very . You briefly touched on this at the 15:40 mark without taking it to its logical conclusion as you went on to speak of classism that hides behind the racism .

You're right. Elites putting down the masses. Orangutans (race baitets) sat together. Chimps (black conservatives) are shouted down. Apes (Blame Loot Murder) the army enforcing the elites orders. Commies (leftist) teaching (like democrat agendas) alphabet mafia (Dave Chappelle's words) acceptance. So Michael obama can come out of the closet. Have you noticed their daughters like like the couple they are close friends with. Not barack hussein? What was his legacy? Cell phones?

I also enjoyed the use of mathematics to prove his intelligence, I just watched Star Trek TNG recently and there's an episode where Picard is captured by advanced aliens and they basically think of him like an animal despite him talking and acting "human" I immediately thought of this part of Planet of the apes I wouldn't be surprised if one of the writers was referencing POTA as he also decides to attempt to show his captures he can not only speak/just make sounds with his mouth but show them he also knows fundamental truths about the universe that undeniably show intelligence. just as humans see Chimps currently as lesser and still do horrific experiments on them, and we share so so much of our DNA and even actions and emotions I'm sure to an Alien we humans would probably seem outright stupid in a cage but showing we know a universal language like math and physics would be undeniable we have at least some form of intelligence and civilization

The time dilation effect is a fact. (Not; "just a theory.") The multitude of Global Positioning Satellites in Earth's orbit, as an example, have on board clocks that have to pre-correct for the effect, not only because of their location in altitude (gravitational effects,) but also their speed relative to us, (our devices, they're communicating with, more precisely,) otherwise they would experience the dilation; "drift," throwing the whole synchronization thing out of wack, rendering them useless. Time dilation isn't "just a theory" "Just a theory" is used by people who don't understand science. It's not some hunch some guy had that sounds pretty good to everybody. Time dilation has been proven to exist. With out accounting for time dilation, our satellites wouldn't work. We wouldn't have cell phones or the internet if we didn't have our satellites adjust for time dilation. Also, in scientific vocabulary, a theory has stringent criteria it must meet as well as a rigorous process it goes through.
