That is a great value ! You could get three of those for what I paid for mine ( I do love mine though). I have a quilt made for a Hennessy but have used it on an Eno and grand trunk hammocks. I have a video up on how I rigged mine up. Hammock hanging is so cool because of the different ways everyone rigs theirs . Glad you got a good night's sleep and thanks for sharing !

I have been looking for an under quilt that doesn't cost $300 for the longest. After exchange and shipping to Canada that's like 70 kajillion dollars. I use a kammock roo and would love to see if these fit properly. For the longest time I have been using those things you put in your window of your car to keep the heat out. They work great and you barely know it is there. It's kinda like sleeping on bubble pack wrapped in an emergency blanket. The most comfortable way to sleep is directly in the hammock and an under quilt is the way to go. I am set up to sleep down to -15c but can't sleep on the ground anymore (old and busted). I need to get me some of these. Great review Joe. Thanks for the lead brother.

Yeah, I am old and busted too. The only way I don't wake up with a lower back screaming at me...is in a hammock. They have measurements on their website of what hammocks it will fit. On paper, it fits an eno but it is a wee bit tight. I'd run your hammock size by that before pulling the trigger on one. Thanks!

Just a quick tip- save up for an incubator from hammock gear. The Econ line has some great things going for it including being cheap.

While I am obviously partial, I do think you'll enjoy it. I'd suggest watching Survive WIthout's videos. He has several videos on how best to transition to hammock. Thanks!

snugpak has an affordable underquilt, built mainly for the hammocks of 9 foot lengths, but you could probably use others too.

I have never used an under quilt or a sleep pad and hammock camp all the time. BUT, I've been looking for one and this seems decent at a good price. I personally would probably tie it to the foot end as that's the area that gets cold on me. Thanks for the review.

I can see that. I typically wear 2 pair of wool socks when I camp in cool or cold weather. And I don't have any hair. :) lol Thanks!

I've got the 4 season version and have used it comfortably into the mid teens, its 10° rating is spot on I'd say. Not bad for a $55 budget synthetic UQ. I LOVE my overstuffed 0° HG Incubator and overstuffed CDT UQ, but when I hang at home I'll use the OneT as much as I can to keep my down dry in wet conditions. I don't like the short length and how its shaped, but it does what its designed to do. I also picked up the Subito 3 season UQ and it's pretty much the same as the 3s OneT. I use it when I hang inside most of the time, and use my Snugpak UQ or 3/4 length UQ when I'm on the trail or hang outside at home in the spring/summer. As long as they work, I don't mind "budget" quilts, and can fall back on my cottage made quilts if needed.

I think three season for me would be spring-summer-fall... So, how do you think it would work with a double wide hammock like the ENO Double-Nest? Thanks for sharing
