On a scale from 1 - 10, how comfortable are you riding the OneWheel?

I didn't hear you talk about Quick Stop. The Quick Stop is the most important move to get comfortable on a Onewheel. A quick dismount in traffic or on a sidewalk can literally save your life. Once you get Quick Stop in your repertoire is really when you will hit 10 on comfortably riding.

Nvm heard you say Slide Stop! Great content!

Thanks mate! Much appreciated. Many names for similar tricks or moves. Someone should standardize (if that’s even a word) these OW trick names so we can figure things out more easily. 😅

Ngl, never actually tried it but you've convinced me to give it a go. Good tip on practising tail drags first ;)

The tail drag is a good move to get comfortable with abruptly stopping. Once you get the hang of that move, you can try to slide the front foot off when you're slowing down. Good luck! :)

I'd put myself at 10 on that scale, I've also used this quick stop for a while, it's the best and most stylish way to stop for sure

Goody. 🤙 Totally agree! This move really makes that dismount a lot more steezy.

I assume your board is badgered?
@VinieVizzleVlog3 жыл бұрын
Nope. Not badgered. Only water resistant. I only go through puddles once and a while and let it dry out when getting home. I have a few friends who actually soak that thing weekly and it still rides. Living in Belgium it rains a lot. Pretty hard to avoid getting this machine wet once in a while.

@@VinieVizzleVlog I do that with my pint. Scares me to do it with my XR tho. I wish there was some kind of spray we could just coat these things in that would seal em up easily.
@VinieVizzleVlog3 жыл бұрын
@@travishamiltontattoos4635 that would be genius! The badgering process seems somewhat cumbersome. And you would have to remove all silicone if you need to work on it. A spray would be heaven!
