Now this is the Onewheel content I want to see! Straight to the riding, great chill music, smooth cinematography with good framing. No blabbering on about random stuff from your life, or going to the grocery store or restaurants like so many other "VLOG" style videos. Just smooth, quality riding video with good editing.

Brother I never get tired of watching these videos. It's so cool at around video timeline 5:24 the speed comparison between runner, cyclist and onewheel rider. It leaves the runner behind and he was setting a good pace, way way fitter than me guys. Then the bicycle even he was setting a decent speed and the onewheel keeps pace with him for awhile. The 9 year old sitting playing playstation beside me interupts saying "between the camera and gimbal, the soundtrack and the riders experience, balance and reactions makes the journey look easy. That is art". I thought that was very astute of him as that's what I was thinking as I followed the progress of SLYDOGSTROH through the video. Can't wait to see the XR. Will follow your career with interest. Until then, stay cool ; )

@ 1:06 🤣 @ 1:03- I KNOW you thought about it.... 😂 It's really cool to watch you far away from the city, but the city keeps getting a little closer, a little closer, a little closer- then the whole ride and feel changes when you hit the city and ride in traffic. Very cool flow it all. 👍🏻

The first video of yours I watched was one of you cruising around Chicago on a boosted board. I watched mainly because I also live in Chicago, and have been getting close to buying an eskateboard. Then I noticed you have more “style” than most eskate videos, so I watched some others and mannnn… I think your videos alone have made me strongly consider a onewheel instead! Haha. I was reluctant before, because they looked weird and were expensive, and the few others I saw riding it never sold it to me. Then I saw your videos and again your riding style clicked with me and how I like to ride and it was the first time I realized “wait a minute, this looks like the closest I could realistically get to riding an actual hoverboard in the foreseeable future.” So, now I’m strongly considering an XR despite how expensive they are…so I had to subscribe, man! Hope to see you out on the streets in the near future!

@aestheticpov9726 жыл бұрын
Man I just got into the zone watching this. So enjoyable. I’ve never been on a onewheel but have really been toying with ordering the new version. I notice that your board sort of tilts backwards a bit when you are at high speeds. Is this that safety mechanism engaging to tell you that you are at max speed? I’ve heard that if you were to lean forward in this instance you might stall the board and do a nosedive. If you are cruising around with the board leaning back a little like this, how easy is it to accidentally shift your weight forward and risk a sudden nosedive? This kind of worries me. Oh, and as for the speedometer, what if you screen recorded your phone and then drop the footage into your timeline? You could shrink it down and move it to a corner.

Hey, man! Sick video :O One question: do you think the latest Onewheel Pint would behave in a similar fashion to your V1? Based on the specifications alone, it should do at least as good if not better. I wouldn't want to spend approx $2100 (incl. shipping to Europe) on the XR when I could get away with about $1100 for the Pint. I don't mind the reduced range (6-8 miles, just like your V1). Thank you in advance and keep up the good vibes!
