I'm glad you enjoyed Delta. It's my favourite airline when I travel between Europe and U.S. Yes, their cabin crew is something else. When I travelled with them from Paris to NYC last year one of the crew was half-Japanese and so cool. The flight was so empty that there were only two other people with me in the entire rear cabin.

I'm glad that I finally can comment ur video again after long time full of everything. I love on what Delta serves on both short-haul and long-haul flight. Though it's a bit sad to hear that they don't offer lounge anymore for everyone travelling in both domestic & international Economy Class (even if they got the Delta Gold Member), the French toast on ur first leg looks amazing too, and the meal on ur second flight to Haneda indeed looks very tiny and imo it's not enough. I thought the muffin is alright for that flight but I expect more than that actually. Anyhow, good trip report as usual. 😄

This was a deep dive into Delta. Of the three legacy US carriers, Delta is on top. You can see it in the details with friendly staff, good food and seatback IFE, something you don’t always get with the other two. You can always count on the US to give you way too much food. Nice you were able score the upgrade to Seattle. That was an impressive-looking breakfast. I'm sure it was nice to have the extra legroom on the way to Tokyo too. Nice video! Brings back nice memories of my first A350 trip on Delta from Detroit to Tokyo. 350 was still pretty new, and i did get the premium economy. Very nice and worth the price, in my opinion. That was a few years ago, so not sure how much that has changed for the better or worse. I am still very disappointed in Delta's lounge access scheme. Have a nice weekend ahead, Jayden!

Delta has a very good product. When I fly up to Seattle from LA, I always sit on the other side, F, to get a good view of Mt. Rainier, a famous volcano you can see almost anywhere from Seattle. But this is dependent on the clouds or storms nearby. I'm glad you had a good experience on Delta.

Delta is very generous with upgrades for elite member. I just flew a trip LAX-SEA as well and my friend and I both got upgrades on the T-120 (PM upgrade window). My LAX-SEA leg was on the brand new A321neo, and SEA-LAX was on an old B737-800.

This video is so informative. I am really interested in your 30 minute time to pass customs / immigration in Haneda Jayden!. Did you use screen shots on your phone or actual WiFi?. (If WiFi how did you find the speed & coverage please?.) Great review on Hilton Narita as well. Just curious as to if you use pocket WiFi or a Sim card when your in Japan (outside of Airport etc). Thank you. I almost forgot did you use the Hilton Narita bus? If so, was there a long wait time?

thanks Ronnie! I screen-recorded my phone. Our flight was among the first US arrival that day so we got thru immigration fast! Others wait like 3 hours!! I used public WiFi only, am a cheapskate when I travel haha. There's WiFi in trains and main streets in Tokyo. Yes I did use the Hilton bus, there's a timetable and I believe it's every 30 mins.

You could have flown nonstop from LAX TO TOKYO Haneda instead of stopped over at Seattle though!. In a just over a month I will fly on 14-16 hours from Toronto my home to Seoul-Incheon so I dunno how am I able to handle such a long flight so any tips?!

haha as i said at the very beginning of the video- it was cheaper to fly via SEA. Don’t stress, be comfortable (dress comfortably and don’t wear anything tight)

Wow, overall I'm impressed with Delta - the cabin designs, crew friendliness and service overall. The food looks good enough though, especially on the First Class flight. I have to say, that wasn't typical American French toast - it looked like a gourmet upgrade (like your seat!). However...if you want small portions of food in America, all you have to do is fly economy on an American carrier. He said, "Surprised (coriander) is not banned in America." Ha ha! We love our coriander (cilantro), Jayden...it's in so many wonderful cuisines and dishes. 🤣🤣🤣 The low airfare for that route is remarkable - cheaper than most of the domestic flights I've taken over the last two years. 😢 Great job and excellent filming as always!

All the big US carriers are meh at best, but I feel like there's consistently less chance of delay, cancellation, IRROPS on Delta than any of the others. A friend flew JFK-LHR on AA recently and AA cancelled their flight due to no flight crew. That's right AA cancelled what is one of their flagship international flights due to no pilots.

@@JaydenWong No, unfortunately all other flights to London were full (including their partner BA). The flight was pushed 12 hours later to the next morning. Hundreds of passengers had to be placed in hotels with meal vouchers overnight. They didn't pull checked baggage either so you were wearing the same thing the next day. Of course the time it took from "we're going to put all passengers in hotels here at JFK" to the time it took to actually get to a hotel and check in was 4+ hours. Not a great experience.
