The food indicator changes color and if you wait too long your character just shits wherever they are standing but there is also a key you can use to shit, or you can build a toilet and it will convert it to compost and give you a brief EXP gain boost.

For the record Dave's run was EPIIIIIIIC!!!! Rank is entirely determined by time, save amount, and whether you use First Aid Spray or not. The spray was used a few times, and there were a lot of panic saves, I don't know what rank 4:15:00 would get you, but I'm pretty sure Dave woulda got more than a C if he was aware of that.

What Cory said about Resi 4. The 1st playthrough takes awhile but the more playthroughs the more you get overpowered and can run through it super quick. With infinite launcher or magnum or chicago typewriter you can run through it in under 2 hours 😂
