hey guy's as far as snow's go ..same thing.. just when we had em figured out they switch field's..did ok on pass shooting .. but very finiky adult's ..weather was a big factor...but always switching from pea to barly...can's an ducks an specks where good...our best hunts where just befor freeze up...most off the time snows would be in a field in morning an switch to another in evening..was hard to predict where they would sit

Not that i don't miss my fair share of birds but it's impressive that theey almost always get their clients limits for geese and ducks when the guys will shoot into a wad of 30 and drop 3 birds with 6 guys shooting

That varies. Anywhere from 10 to 40 or so each fall. We def shot more banded mallards in years past though.

People need to know a little about what else these guides do besides just showing the ducks and geese being shot down . Sometimes it is easy to get enough birds in one spot ( but they must find out where that spot is ) so the hunters get a decent chance at being able to get a limit of birds . These guides spend a bunch of time going out all over the place spotting out possible places for a good hunt while part of those guides are actually in a hunt with clients . Sometimes the weather screw things up and makes their plans go bad , and they have to scramble to rearrange things and still find a hunt .
