All the details shown are seriously great, but the benefits are not given to locals as they showed in this video, In uran you will find many graduates students who are working as Labour because lack of jobs. so ONGC should also recruit these boys & girls who are educated. Recruitment are only for local 2-3 villagers. That's not fair. Please look after these, & ongc is in uran & still here engineers & technicians are working as labours due to lack of jobs. Thank you

It's a great responsibility for an engineer to work at such plants. HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE KEEP RESERVATION EVEN IN RECRUITMENT THROUGH GATE IN POSTS AVAILABLE AT SUCH PLANTS??? Unfortunately if less knowledge engineers recruited and due to lack of their knowledge if any ACCIDENT happens and people dies then WHO'LL BE RESPONSIBLE? Reservation? Dead people cannot come back and accidents has happened in past. Please LEARN from past and remove reservation at least in Education me Degree Dene Tak thik hai reservation but why it's there in jobs also? OTHERWISE BE READY FOR FACING ACCIDENTS DUE TO SUCH RESERVATION ENGINEERS

Omkar Shinde A hard hitting comment. I'm the ward of a senior official at the firm but fail to motivate myself to crack the companies selection process due to the stringent reservations. I wish teh selections in core sectors were through scholarship and merit and not reservations.

World's worst offshore is ONGC offshore because ONGC People are live like a king but contractors are like a slaves. In other Country offshores all are equal. Very very worst experience is in ONGC.
