This video is from my last few days in Sudan spent in Khartoum. The camping ground I originally stayed at was in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from the army headquarters. This became the heart of the revolution so everyday I got to witness protests. I also shared with you some footage of the very unique border crossing into Ethiopia.

THRILLZ: www.thrillz.co...
In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
Throughout my journey, I was raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. All the money raised will go directly to helping Franek and his family so he can lead a normal life as best as possible, so please donate generously: gogetfunding.c...

Thank you for showing us things we’ll never get to see on our own. I know not all African countries/cities are like this, there are also cities with vibrant financial centers and beautiful neighborhoods but I think this part is also important. I hope Sudan, as well as the rest of Africa, can continue to grow and prosper. Greetings from Bolivia. Much love

I was i Sudan in 1972, I shipped on a Nile River Boat from Khartoum to Juba ... many strange adventures. Then we flew in a Fokker friendship aircraft to Entebbe, Uganda. The Fokker was flown by a retired 73 year old BOAC contract Pilot. He told us he'd flown BOAC Clipper Flying Boats from Cairo to Nairobi in the 1930's. He was a helluva good pilot. We encountered 30,000 ft thunder clouds. Took 2 tries on different days. Spooktacular flight. Very scary flight, c/w sheet lightening striking the aircraft. We finally landed in Entebbe to find Idi Amin was throwing the Eat Indians out of Uganda. Huge disruptions. Very dangerous. We cleared out for Kenya, So many adventures!

And you just casually went and camped near the military headquarters! !! That was so brave of you. And the journey you took from Khartoum to the Ethiopian borders is very interesting and hard. By the way, I want to ask if the road you drove at the wrong side at was the Khartoum-Madani road! Cause that's one of the most dangerous roads in Sudan. So many accidents happen there. I'm just glad that you are ok and I hope you enjoyed the experience. This is my first video, and I'm a fan from now on!
