Very sorry to see that. But how? If the drone looses the connection with the controller it should immediately go up to pre configured height and return to you by GPS automatically. Was the return flight height set to low?

The red dunes were like a dreamscape or something from a fantasy movie. If it's clay based, it's probably the stuff that, when raining, gets stuck all over the chain and around the front sprocket. Are you going to have a go fund me for a new drone? 💜
