In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.

Another cool episode! LA is funny because it's so crowded and busy, but you'll still often see streets nearly empty. On Skid Row there's a cute little diner where Michael Jackson filmed Beat It and it's full of MJ memorabilia. In Downtown you passed pretty close to where I work! I could have treated you to a very very good sushi restaurant. Little Tokyo is full of fantastic restaurants, and LA has so many excellent places to eat. Can't wait to see where you go next!

3 quick things..1st, you make LA look GOOD! That ain't easy! 2nd, good on Shannon for not taking you to Jimmy Chu's shoe store! That could have proven deadly to your budget! and finally, how the hell did you find parking near Venice Beach? Tried to go there a couple of times, while I lived near LA, and couldn't park within 2 miles of the place! Fun episode, Kinga, thanks for taking us along! 🤟

Was out LA way a couple of months ago to visit some friends. We stayed just up the road from Venice Beach and had a great time. LA is the Mecca of pop culture...fashion, music, movies, etc. Quite a contrast from your previous video with no cell service, incredible scenery and true remoteness. Two great opposite adventures! Thanks for the videos! 🙂

Kinga it's pity u didn't experience the real backstreets of Beverly Hills, such a sad place, the homeless are struggling everyday, sure see the rich get richer, but wish u could get the full picture.

Definitely LA is super metropolis something that Seattle never will be ...cause all they(the government)are doing is chocking the city streets by making them narrower and the streets maintenence is poor 😮

The homeless problem in LA has been a problem for decades, but only got worse under the Trump administration’s bad economic policies. Also republicans states would buss homeless people to major cities in California. I’m sorry you had to see that, but this is what we ended up wit corporate greed, and the bad republican of the past with republicans in congress refusing to do anything about it!
