Exploring Croatia on a Motorcycle. EP 29

Croatia was the 25th country I visitedon my round the world tour. It was mid-October and for the first time, I copped some rain. Fair enough, I’d had such a great ride up until then so I guess I couldn’t complain too much. I detoured to the highway and bumped into Nora and Jojo (Adventurism) again! I spent two days in Zadar - a gorgeous little town and headed further South to Bosnia and Montenegro. After a few days, I came back to Croatia to Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik even at this time of the year was overcrowded and expensive but definitely worth seeing. It's a very unique city.

I recognize a lot of those roads. The main tourist citties have become boring at least to me. The old small ones is where the beauty is at but you can only find the gems dozens of miles off the highways.

It seems that the Croatian people are very silent, introverted, hermetic, melancholic and discreet: no smile, conversation or any other touch with them. In Croatia today there is a point that could probably be of interest to you. Your brother of effective facts, who made expeditions similar to your trips in Asia, Marco Polo, supposedly was born on the Island of Korcula 1254. Hi That’s the first “jump” since your crash I’m glad! I guess you’re still in some pain after that crash you did down in the creek? Or was it the broken leg? I really hope you’re feeling fine, you really inspire a lot of people including me! You turned your “plans” too quickly” It would be “cool” to meet you up in Sweden Kiruna, if you’re planning that shit don’t come to early! Jun, July or even august though we have some icehouse with the snow up here. Right now we have like 1.5m of snow and that’s why I’m looking at all of your videos and “dreaming” of the summer to come! How can you afford going on a journey like you do? I mean even though I work and have some “savings” I don’t think I could make it!!? I really would want to but even though I just have my “ordinary” vacation and traveling trough Sweden it costs a lot. I really hope you the best and who knows when we met out there some where on the roads. Best of luck!!
