My favorite one! I started the series with Tales of Destiny but I was never able to finish it. Tales of Eternia was the one I played next and was the first one I finished. The cast of this game is definitely my favorite of the series and it’s telling that my next favorite game of the series is Tales of Graces since the two games have the same-ish setup with the cast mostly composed of childhood friends and a strange girl with pink hair is found by two of the group.

I love and adore this game. I still have it to this day. I remember hunting for that “special” secret in the sub ( IYKYK ) and the trials and tribulations of getting the greater craymels. I went out of my way to properly learn and write melnics, and to this day I’ve never been able to beat the special unlock world you get from beating the game twice. will one day tho lol. My favorite of all the tales games, wish they would rerelease it on modern consoles

One of my favorite RPGs and so glad you finally added it. Also it had a multi-player mode as well when another player can control someone during combat, though only during a fight.

I hope this gets remade at some point. Also, fun fact, there was an anime... Sort of. Its plot was wholly original, being set before the team reaches Celestia for the first time.
