Junbei's mother calling him at the beginning of the game scared the shit out of me as a kid. Still have ptsd running through that forest.

Agree it was the most memorable thing about the game, that's how I recalled it in the first place

Just discoverd your channel, really glad i did! You made videos about a lot of games I played when i was a kid. Waiting for the Onimusha 3 video (my favorite of the 4)

I love this game. It is my favorite. A question. The demon base at the end, was it the giant corpse of a monster? because that's what it reminds me of
@BillBounce9 ай бұрын
That’s a good question! From what I could understand it’s an artificially created structure from a demon tissue, because it has elevators and stairs inside. Probably, it was cheaper to build with magic than to hire constructors, because nobody wanted to work there and instead of the pay check be turned into a useless zombie archer 😂

Childhood favorite Capcom game, tied with RE4.
@BillBounce2 жыл бұрын
In childhood, I liked Onimusha, especially the fourth part, but playing it now I realized that it has some flaws, however, RE4 is still perfect and I love it with all my heart, also there is a new HD fan mod that improved graphics

@BillBounce Жыл бұрын
@@charlesbrown1570 yeah, I bet Capcom test the waters, as it feels to me they stick to a “remake strategy”, remaking games is less risky than creating a new franchise. So, maybe Onimusha is one of those franchises they want to look into reception of
