► Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams, is an action-adventure video game developed and published by Capcom for the PlayStation 2. The plot is set in ancient Japan decades after the events of Onimusha 3: Demon Siege and focuses on Soki, a warrior who possesses Oni powers. Soki is on a quest to stop Hideyoshi Toyotomi, who has unified Japan in league with his demonic army of Genma, and he also joins forces with several allies who share the same goal in stopping Hideyoshi plans of wanting to conquer the world. Soki's allies are as follows: Akane "Jubei" Yagyū, Ohatsu, Tenkai Nankobo (Samanosuke Akechi), and Roberto Frois. This video contains the cutscenes of the video game Onimusha: Dawn Of Dreams. Unfortunely, some scenes had to be skipped, like the narration openings because there would be gltiches on the screen. I don't know why. I say 1080p but its more like its been upscaled to 1080p. Look, this is the best I could do. I'm sure there are plenty of other dawn of dream movies out there. I just hope you ALL enjoy my version. The version I worked so hard to make. While not as good as the original triology, I still enjoyed Dawn of Dreams story. Seriosuly though, capcom needs to hurry up and make a new onimusha WITH modern graphics.

For those who dont know the protagonist of the game Soki is an actual historical figure , Hideyasu Soki one of Ieyasu Tokugawa's sons given as a hostage to Hideyoshi Toyotomi when he was still a child to garrantee cooperation between the two samurai clans according to a custom back during the Sengoku Jidai period.

Genma trees are one of the most disturbing thing seen in a videogame imo, and when you discover what are made of is even more disgusting, this chapter is the most horror, even with less gory scenes compared to Warlord but the atmosphere in general is creepy and gloomy.

@MrChapmanification 2 disc system. Good GOOD stretch of game play onto the next day. Collecting the weapons was EPIC, Hideout music was so relaxing and invigorating when needed, and the Hamlet reference of characters from the start of the Onimusha series is a but more pronounced in Dawn of Dreams. Though, I am biased when it comes to Samurai's Destiny Ambient atmosphere and music lol.
