100 g (4 oz) Gruyere cheese

Ma'am , very nice recipe & I am going to add baby spinach leaves to mine & this is a great budget meal , especially for us , eggs are Free from our chickens , green onions / scallions & baby spinach are free from our garden so it cost us literally nothing much to make this recipe & maybe some buttered German rye toast on the side, God Bless you & your family.

Just tried this. I put in too much milk. BUT I also added some baby spinach, crushed black olives, and avocado salsa. Aside from being a little to watery it came out GREAT! PS I also cooked it longer.
