Hello. Can you tell me how to check the operation of the cooling? My fan never turns on. The Resvier is very hot, the thermometer on the top panel shows 40°C - 104°F

Some of these units did not turn the fan based on the temperature, they started the fan based on the audio output level. The higher the level the more voltage to the fan. I am 2500 miles away from home right now, I will try to check when I get home.

@@norcal715 Hello. I found the wiring diagram for the fan in the service manual. The fan is turned on with the help of the Q6300 thermal sensor and is controlled by the Q7009 MPU and the Q8701/11 driver. I just took a lighter and warmed up the Q6300 - and the fan turned on. The diagram shows the switch-on temperature and its speed.
