Sadly, the multiple ads will keep me from doing this class again. I just tried it for a second time. I just can't bear the interruption of the flow of a Laughter Yoga class. They are intrusive with a horrible element of surprise when I'm enjoying myself (suddenly, they appear, the class goes away, and it's like, "What the...?). And then I need to endure the ones that have no limit, or watch for when I can SKIP some -- all of this requires abruptly switching the brain to analytic mental processes from a place of looseness, fun and play...and then back again and again, with each ad. That's not good for anyone. Additionally, I especially don't want to be forced to watch ads about children who have cancer or about guns, etc. -- so traumatic and sorrowful. I want to laugh... and the ads are entirely counterproductive to the benefits of the class, for me. : ( So bummed.
