These prices are INSANE. I know prices depends on location and demand/supply, but I didn't expect these prices to (still) be so high. In the Netherlands a cutting costs around 25-50 euro. Wetsticks are around 10-25 at the most. No way you could make this amount of money in the Netherlands with albo's. Lucky sellers (and poor sellers).

I really had no intention on buying an albo at the current prices but finding out that variegata 777 is only about an hour away from me has me thinking. The risk would be much lower especially if he would be ok with me coming to get it. If I got to go see them in person there's no way im leaving without one!!

It just weirds me out a bit watching this from the Netherlands. The cuttings you're looking at with 2-3 leaves would at a max sell for €150 if there would be insane variagation and roots. The cuttings that are $200-$300 there would go for €20-€50 here. So weird how prices differ....... Still great video love watching the different cuttings 😍

I love albos but I can barely care for the delis i have. Have such a hard time getting them to dry out

Mix perlite and orchid bark in the soil, use terracota pots and don’t, DON’T use a big pot, small pots are better. Love you.

So I'm new to the plant world. Can someone explain to me what a sport variegation is? Can that eventually turn into an albo?

no it won’t turn into an albo, albos specifically have that white variegation. sport variegation is any genetic mutation in a plant that results in variegation! sport variegated monsteras usually have those light green splashes and they can develop more of that green variegation on new leaves. no white tho, that’s exclusive for the albos. hope that helped :)
