Zepto does delivery is 10 mins. Not sure why it showed 30mins for you. If you didnot receive the order within time limit, after contacting the delivery person, you should have contacted the customer service immediately instead of waiting for more time. Also every move made by the delivery person is updated in the app for you to track your order. You should not have waited for 1hour to contact customer service.
