There is a new innovation of fraud, one of my close relative ordered something on COD,. He received a phone call from a person (who somehow know he has ordered something) introduced himself as a seller with flipkart and ask to transfer the money directly to the account to get 30% discount on the product. My relative transferred the amount and then mobile is switched off and then he realized it was a fraud.

Dhruv sir, COD is not available in every state. In some parts of the country Amazon won't give you a COD option because people order expensive items and snatch it from delivery boys at the time of delivery.

There is a dark side of every shiny matter. Similarly there is dark side of COD. The delivery boy can hide one note and make you fool. OLX is great - only if you deal locally. "Olx - where buyer meets seller" is the slogan and it should be taken seriously.

try and buy is not always available , many times the courier company is instructed to deliver the package and collect the money. The delievery boy will not allow you to see open the package to see it unless the option is available. You should refuse the package if you feel it has been tampered or buy from reputed websites only and if a deal is too good to be true its more likely to be fake.

Bro i have done COD lot of times. The delivery boy not from the website . They are third party who handle delivery. Agar unko product le jane ko bolo phirse then woh log nahi le jaate and ask for money regardless. They say you have to report it to website who will then make procedure for you to return goods back and give you your money back via NEFT or other modes of online transaction. I once bought something from shopclues and it turned out to be completely different product . And the delivery boy didn't took package but took money. Then i have to make report to shopclues who then gave me my money back ,although i think product was so cheap that they didn't took the product back :D. But yeah almost all website i have had transaction including amazon then delivery boy never takes back the product.

aapne jo COD bataya wo hai to sahi. but eisa hota nhi h. agar aapne delivery boy ke samne packet ko khol diya, to phir wo aapko wapis lena hi hoga. aur agr wapis karna h to aapko return request karna karna hoga. but us samay to aapko pay karna hi hoga agae aapne packet khol diya to. ye mai amazon ki bat kar raha hu. aur khud ke experience se kah rha hu, aap ek bar try karke dekh sakte hain.

Bhai kabhi jabong se mat lena saala ek Shoes liya tha 10 din laga diya delvery mein phir return ka option nahi hai exchange mein 7 din shoes wapas lene mein lagaya 4 din quality check mein aur 10 din dusra shoes delivery mein total 1mahine ke aaspaas laga gaya. Please don't buy anything from jabong go for myntra instead both have similar choices but service of myntra is 10x better
