Again a verry good video with many helpfull tips. Many thanks! I just want to say something to adjust the tillerbolt with limbs and string on. If you turn the bolt you will damage the riser. The bold will work like a thread cutter and removes material from the socket. I saw archers adjusting the bolts without unstringed limbs and after some month they got a new riser due to loose bolts. So if you could not turn the bold by hand, something is not ok. Remember the bold is made out of steel, many risers are made out of aluminium.

It depends on the riser. My original bow had steel inserts in the aluminum riser, No issues adjusting poundage while strung. My new higher end riser is just threaded aluminum so its much more likely to damage if adjusted while strung

When should you change you plunger pressure? And at what's setting are you supposed to have it and not change it if you want to tune your arrows?!

Plus one for tuning the plunger button.

Could you touch on sight alignment/position relative to riser center? The initial bow setup is to set sight directly over the arrow, but after tuning my sight ends up needing to be much further "out" from the bow to get my impacts centered. Does this indicate an arrow/spine/plunger problem? Does it even matter as long as the bareshafts are showing a good tune?

This may not be a problem. It's hard to argue with good groups. However, you could try some of the following and see if your arrow flight or groupings improve: 1. Check your plunger and make sure the action is smooth. If it isn't, try replacing the stem and see if it improves. Some plastic stems are prone to deforming slightly over a long time and becoming sticky. 2. Try a softer plunger setting. This will make a small difference to your bareshaft tune, but a big difference to where your group lands. Be aware that your arrow placement will also depend a lot on where you place your string blur. In most cases, I find that the closer the blur is to the sight pin, the more centered the sight is when tuned well.

Is the arrow deflection, with left indicating a weak spine, opposite for left handed shooting? I express it that way because I have an opposite eye dominance.

Yes

Additionally to the second point, you shoot bareshaft and fletched arrow as alternating pattern, that way your brain does not bias when shooting. I think the biggest common mistake when people do their bow tuning is that they do it way too early way too much in their archery journey (guilty as charge here), that make your bow tuning is a waste of time because the problem is not your bow, it's your skill; Get your technique solid first and do the tuning

Good point. Early on, do not rely too much on the results of one shooting session. I still bareshaft 2 or 3 times on different days before I draw a conclusion. Especially if it requires shortening arrow shafts. I like this channel, he's a good instructor.

Absolutely. How often do you hear that "the shop sold me the wrong arrows, they're showing stiff" only to see that archer's form. Bareshafts shot with bad form will always give a 'stiff' signal in bareshaft tuning. Very unforgiving of a crap shot. Hence not just shooting one.

the vanes always tear apart from the arrows while shooting, Is there any reason for that?

badly fletched or its hitting something
