Florian, this is probably the BEST advice i have ever seen on movement. i only hope my college coaches and club coaches taught these techniques on movement.

Awesome video! This is the video that I’ve been searching for to help my daughters foot work.

One of the very good advices I have come across. Being late to the ball and incorrect postures are the basic mistakes made by many and if not corrected in the early days they go ahead and hinder player growth. Thanks for sharing this.

Great video. Don't understand the comments about it being too long. Listen carefully, there is a lot of information on fine tuning the movement and common errors. I will certainly put this into practice. Thanks for the excellent information.

It’s mostly gen z watching too much TikTok videos
@KernelClick210 ай бұрын
Yeah, these gen Z's are just too impatient to just spend 15 minutes of their day which they are awake for 14 hours(mostly) and can't spend just a little bit of time to learn the techniques of tennis footwork? Spending just 15 minutes a day learning something separates the people who don't make it and the champions.

Excellent instructions and value. BTW all those dudes complaining the video is too long: you’re wasting time on KZbin instead of working or doing something productive. So what’s the point in saving some time while you’re wasting time? Ciao

Very good video . Something coaches doesn't teach enough. The only thing is that the video is way too long. Not useful to repeat the same thing over and over. Unlike a live lesson on the court where repeating is useful, the student just have to watch the video more than once if needed

Good information and very important, so thank you, coach! (This video could have been shortened to 1 - 2 minutes and have been equally effective, though.)

I disagree also. And I knew what he was talking about before listening. All good training sessions have repetitive messaging and demonstration. WHY? Because those that do not get it do not get it the first time, or the second. Or they may not get it by listening, so they need to watch, hear and see.
