Yes, this is true. But the house he is selling will be more expensive and less acreage because it's probably closer to the city and more convenient to get to downtown life. Also, all those features and the neighborhood is probably in a subdivision. Location is going to drive a price of a house up or down based on location. Depends on where you want to be.

Love that door unfortunately, our house was selling for about that price. And Atlanta just 30 minutes North. Because of the guests, the economy, the pandemic 2020. We only got 1.6 million with 30 acres.

It just seem like the new homes lack character , lack back yard and front yard . they are building these new homes to tickle other people fancy that aren’t from Georgia .
